These rules apply to everyone who uses i Am Wallpaper, whether you are browsing, buying, or selling. By creating an account or listing content, you agree to them.

About i Am Wallpaper
i Am Wallpaper is a marketplace where independent creators sell original video and image wallpapers for phones. Accounts are free, browsing is free, and you only pay when you buy a wallpaper, order a custom request, or send a creator a tip.
You must be at least 13 years old to use i Am Wallpaper.
Prohibited content
The monetization, sale, upload, or promotion of the following is strictly prohibited on i Am Wallpaper:
- Adult content and services. Any content containing nudity or explicit sexual acts, including artistic or non-sexual nudity, partial nudity, subscriber-only nude imagery, and adult audio or video chat.
- Deliberately sexual content. Content that is framed, posed, cropped, titled, or described to be sexually suggestive, including close-up sexualized body shots and sexually explicit captions, keywords, or custom requests, even when the subject is fully clothed.
- Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement. Content you do not own or do not have permission to sell.
- Copyright-infringing content. Including leaked, pirated, or unlicensed music, film, or artwork.
- Violent extremism. Content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or hate speech toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
- Content featuring minors in any suggestive context, or content featuring any person who has not consented to appear in it.
Child safety and zero-tolerance CSAM policy
Zero tolerance. i Am Wallpaper strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and all sexual exploitation or sexualization of anyone under 18. Creating, uploading, requesting, purchasing, selling, sharing, linking to, or promoting this material is prohibited across listings, profiles, custom requests, messages, and all other platform features. This prohibition also covers AI-generated, manipulated, illustrated, or simulated sexual depictions of minors, grooming, and sexual extortion involving minors.
Detection and user reporting. We use automated AI listing-safety scans together with user reports and human moderation to identify suspected violations. Automated tools can make mistakes and do not guarantee detection of all CSAM. Users should use the listing Report feature, choosing the reason relating to a minor or lack of consent, or the Contact page. Provide the listing or profile URL and a brief, non-graphic explanation. Do not download, screenshot, copy, attach, or redistribute suspected material, including in reports or ordinary email.
Immediate handling. The platform owner is responsible for child-safety escalations and must prioritize suspected CSAM over routine moderation. On becoming aware of suspected CSAM, the owner must promptly restrict access to the implicated listing and disable its sale, restrict the implicated account while the matter is assessed, and coordinate with the hosting provider to disable access to any underlying media URLs. Removing a listing alone must not be treated as deletion of its stored media. Review must be limited to what is necessary, and uncertainty about a child’s age or the material must not delay protective action or a legally required report.
Reporting to authorities. When we become aware of facts or circumstances indicating apparent CSAM or other reportable child sexual exploitation, the platform owner must promptly submit a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, using the electronic service provider reporting process where applicable, and comply with applicable reporting laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable. The CyberTipline is available at https://report.cybertip.org/. We also cooperate with the appropriate law-enforcement authorities and make any additional reports required in the relevant jurisdiction. If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact emergency services immediately. Authority reports are submitted by the owner, not automatically by the AI scanner.
Evidence protection and confidentiality. The owner must document available account and listing identifiers, relevant URLs, timestamps, moderation actions, and authority report reference numbers. Any evidence subject to a legal preservation duty or lawful request must be preserved securely, with access limited to authorized personnel, in coordination with the hosting provider and appropriate authorities. Do not create personal copies or send suspected media through ordinary email or support forms. Follow official secure reporting instructions and applicable preservation periods, then securely dispose of material when legally permitted. Do not publish identifying details about a child, reporter, or investigation.
Enforcement and cooperation. Confirmed CSAM violations result in permanent account termination and a prohibition on returning, without a warning or repeat-offense allowance. Public access and monetization remain disabled; evidence preservation and lawful disclosure obligations take priority over ordinary deletion or account-cancellation requests. We cooperate with lawful investigations and take action against identified attempts to re-upload prohibited material or evade a ban.
Responsibility and review. These are operating procedures that the platform owner must carry out, including manual escalation, authority reporting, hosting-provider coordination, and legally required evidence preservation. The owner reviews child-safety incidents and updates these procedures as needed. Nothing in this policy replaces a reporting or preservation obligation under applicable law.
What is allowed
i Am Wallpaper is a mainstream, general-audience marketplace. Everyday clothing, including swimwear, is welcome. Specifically:
- Two-piece bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, beachwear, gym and athletic wear, and similar everyday outfits are acceptable.
- Beach, pool, fitness, fashion, portrait, travel, nature, artwork, pets, and lifestyle wallpapers are all welcome.
- Selfies and personal portraits of yourself, or of anyone who has given you permission.
The dividing line is intent, not the outfit. A normal swimwear photo in an ordinary setting is fine. The same outfit shot to be deliberately sexual is not. A simple test: if it would not be accepted in a mainstream phone wallpaper store, it does not belong here.
Seller responsibilities
When you list content on i Am Wallpaper, you confirm that:
- You own the content or hold all rights needed to sell it.
- Every identifiable person in it is an adult who consented to appear and to have it sold.
- The content follows this Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your titles, descriptions, and keywords honestly describe what buyers receive.
Payouts are handled by Stripe. You must complete Stripe's onboarding and comply with Stripe's own terms to receive money. i Am Wallpaper keeps a 10% platform fee, and payment processing fees are charged separately by Stripe.
Buyer terms
Purchases give you a personal, non-commercial license to use the wallpaper on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish content you buy. Because content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally final. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will review it.
Enforcement
We may remove any listing and suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms, without notice and without refund of platform fees. Repeated or severe violations, including adult content and content involving minors, result in immediate permanent removal. Pending payouts tied to violating content may be withheld.
If you see content that breaks these rules, use the Report link on the listing. Reports go directly to our moderation team, who review every report and remove content that violates this policy. You can also reach us through the contact page.
Every new or edited listing is also scanned automatically by an AI content-safety system before it is shown to buyers. Clear violations are removed immediately. Borderline listings are hidden from buyers and cannot be purchased until a human moderator reviews them. Any automated decision can be overturned by human review.
Repeat violators
We track enforcement actions against every account. A first minor violation, such as a misleading title, results in removal of the listing and a warning. A second violation results in suspension of the seller's ability to list new content. A third violation results in permanent closure of the account and a ban on re-registering.
Severe violations, including adult or sexual content, content involving minors, non-consensual content, and copyright infringement, skip the warning stages and result in immediate permanent closure of the account on the first offense. Pending payouts tied to violating content may be withheld, and banned accounts are blocked from creating a new seller profile.
Accounts and cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from your account menu. Cancelling permanently deletes your profile, listings, favorites, custom requests, and notifications. You are welcome to sign up again later with the same email address.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continuing to use i Am Wallpaper after an update means you accept the revised terms.
